Mind Defrag: Meditation for clear mind

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the necessity for physical distancing, I am now offering a live online meditation program – Mind defrag – consisting of 6 x one hour weekly classes.

This simple meditation practice will help you restore ease of mind, reduce stress and anxiety and rediscover energy and vitality.  You will learn how to quieten your mind by accessing an innate ability we all have to switch off and allow our central nervous system to rebalance itself. We can then shift our mind set from that of fear and limitation to freedom and possibility. The result is greater enjoyment of life, increased resilience, creativity and adaptability.

The program includes 6 x one hour live virtual classes (via ZOOM) held weekly; in addition a 10-15 minute weekly recorded Q&A session will be made available to you, based on questions raised from each week’s class. This Q&A recording will be emailed each week to listen at your own time.

$2.00 from each booking will be donated to Fitted for Work, a non profit organisation assisting women experiencing disadvantage develop their confidence and self-esteem as well as their skills and knowledge to obtain work through a suite of tailored pre-and post-employment services.
